Definitely one of the best if not the best sushi in Fort Collins. I've been here a lot of times. They go all out with their specialty rolls but everything always goes super well together and the fish always tastes as fresh as can be for Colorado. They've got a lot of rolls with cream cheese which I don't like but I just don't order those. Service is also always great and the restaurant is on the smaller side which makes for a nice atmosphere
Place is busy but some of the best sushi in town. Great service and comfortable atmosphere. It's not as authentic feeling as the one that used to be in old town so many years ago but it's still really good for a modern sushi joint.
This is my second (or maybe third) review for Jaws...they never disappoint! Whatever the "special" is GET IT! The last two visits we have enjoyed the specials of the day, last time it was a delicious summer pasta salad and this time it was out of this world yellowfin bao buns! We went earlier in the evening and it was nice, no wait for our table. The staff is always attentive and friendly and the sushi is so so so good...don't miss out on this hidden gem in Fort Collins!
I should have taken pictures. Really really great sushi. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and clean tasting is that makes sense. It was snowing outside and they had hot sake for $5. That was great as well. Everyone was super helpful, and our waitress checked on us often. Great experience.
